Privacy Policy
All employees of the Apartments Harrachov 156 accommodation (Harrachov 156, Giant Mountains, Czech Republic) undertake to handle personal data according to the legal regulations and law provisions of the Czech Republic (Act No. 110/2019 Sb., Act No. 480/2004 Sb.) and EU Regulation (EU 2016/679 - GDPR) and other applicable legal regulations or law provisions.
The accommodation facility also declares that personal data consider as important and confidential information by its nature, and according to this we manage and protect them. Below are detailed information about how we process your personal data, why and for what purpose.

The Privacy Manager did not appoint a Data Protection Officer, because the nature of his core business not fulfill this liability according to the GDPR (it is not necessary and not requested). For queries or requests related to personal information, you can use the contact email address of the Privacy Manager (see above).
Reasons/purposes of processing personal data
a) performance of a contract or implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of a contract between you and the Privacy Manager - for example, processing a inquiry or a request or complaint (hereinafter as "Performance of a Contract"),
b) legitimate interest of the Privacy Manager - for example, analyzing website traffic (anonymous/statistical) or sending information about technical faults or changes or sending a payment requests (as well as notice after maturity) and similar requests or alerts (hereinafter as "Legitimate Interest"),
c) fulfillment of the statutory obligation - for example, bookkeeping or giving data to executive offices of the state authority (hereinafter as "Statutory Obligation"),
d) for marketing actions or offers of goods/services, so-called direct marketing associated with already acquired goods or services,
e) to register your free consent to specific personal data processing, which you may at any time revoke (for other than legal or legitimate reasons - for example, for your consent to receive any business offers regularly),
f) to register the data about the guests in the so-called guest book (reporting and statutory obligation).

At the same time, the Privacy Manager claims that personal data protects as far as possible and his technical capabilities are and also not sell them to third parties (he does not deal with them). Furthermore, he does not collect or request sensitive personal data (data of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health status, sexual orientation, etc.). As well as, personal data will not be provided to third parties from outside the EU (in the case that this will be strictly necessary for specific contract/order, always with the explicit consent of the customer).
Time-length of personal data keeping
a) in the case of inquiry or non-binding demand (without the conclusion of a contract) for a maximum of 2 years,
b) in the case of an ongoing contractual relationship (performance of the contract) for the time of the contractual relationship duration,
c) in the case of the end of the contractual relationship for a maximum of 6 years from the end of the contractual relationship,
d) in the case of complaint handling, for a maximum of 2 years after the end of the complaint procedure,
e) in the case of a specially given consent for a specific purpose of processing (beyond the legal or legitimate reason) until the revoke of this consent, but no more than 5 years without renewal - a new confirmation of this consent will be required.
Your rights
In accordance with regulations of the protection of Personal Data (hereinafter as "PD"), you have the following rights:
a) the right of access to your PD (request for list/confirmation/purpose), according to Article 15 GDPR
b) the right to repair your PD (addition/renewal, inaccurate/incomplete), according to Article 16 GDPR
c) the right to delete your PD (to be forgotten), according to Article 17 GDPR
d) the right to limit the processing of your PD, according to Article 18 GDPR
e) right to the transfer your PD, according to Article 20 GDPR
f) the right to object against the processing of your PD, according to Article 21 GDPR
You can apply all of the above mentioned rights at our accommodation facility by submitting your application/request electronically to email adress harrachov156@email.cz and/or by registered letter to: Tomáš Housa, Horní Tříč 109, 513 01 Vysoké nad Jizerou, Czech Republic.
You also have the right to make a complaint against the processing of your PD at the National Office for Personal Data Protection (website www.uoou.cz).
Final provisions
Personal data means any information or eventually combination of information that leads to the identification of a particular person.
The main activity of our accommodation facility is not the processing of these data (PD). The reason for these actions is primarily the company's own business and technical activities and performance of a contracts, not monitoring, data harvesting or customer profiling.
Providing PD for the purpose of contract conclusion is required because they are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract obligations, or the providing of them is required by the law/legal authority.
Privacy Manager declares that he has taken all appropriate technical, organizational and security precautions to protect the provided PD.
Under certain circumstances, website administrator or a person responsible for information technology service (IT) or software service (SW) may have occasional access to PD. However, in these strictly limited cases, this is definitely not a role of providing PD for further processing (it is not purpose or intention of these IT/SW services).
Privacy Manager is entitled to change/modify these above mentioned conditions, for example due to legislative changes or other statutory regulations.
These provisions and conditions shall enter into force and take effect by the day 15.10.2020.
